This is a big Irish / Scottish place and so Everton fans are welcome. The pub is square in shape with wooden flooring and a large cut-out section at one end with a lowered floor and many long wooden benches laid out in front of the big screen. This is where the atmosphere is and these specs go early. Behind this area are the steps and the bar, which sweeps round at a right angle. Landlord review - It has just been refurbished - it is a long bar, with comfy seats and bright colours - it is a Champion's Sports bar. The giant screens are at each end of the pub with TV's dotted everywhere so that you can always see a screen. Punters are mixed 18-85. The 85 year old is an institution.

Landlord review - A proper Irish bar where everyone’s welcome - there is no need for bouncers. This is old bar with a very strong Irish feel. L shaped with rooms at the back and the front. The giant screen is in the main room with a TV in the back room to split coverage. There is a mixed crowd 18-80 with lots of local people.
