Queens Head (Turnpike Lane, London)
The pub re-opened on July 26, 2001 and is a real all round sports bar, not just focusing on football. This used to be a bikers pub, but that era is firmly behind it. Faltering Fullback (Palmers Green Rail, London)
Sorted. Also known as The Sports Zone. To the left of the bar is a really decent sized giant screen, if not a little low. There is a small seated area to the left of it that has a decent view but mostly you stand. The other giant screen is dead centre of the pub with room to drag about 40 stools in front of it, with loads more standing. There are 4 TVs, well positioned in this first section. The other half of the place is given over to pool, with TVs up high wherever you care to look. [more...]
