REVIEW:
A small cafe where the atmosphere is lively, with decent commentary and the odd impassioned comment in Portuguese to be heard.
DESCRIPTION:
An authentic Portuguese bar, as proven by the predominantly Portuguese clientele. This is an obvious destination in good weather (if you can find any in this country). The French windows open out onto the street with tables and chairs set up there. The small bar area has a TV positioned high in the corner, as does the larger adjacent room.
