Use the Sportspubs mobile site so that when you are out and about and away from your PC, you can
find your nearest sports bar in which to watch live sports.
Use the mobile site to:
- Find your nearest sports bar
- Lookup directions to a sports bar
- Lookup a phone number of a sports bar
Ok, so WAP on a phone is still a bit crap.
However, where it does come in very handy is for location based information
searching for nearby amenities, phone numbers and directions, and this is
exactly what SportsPubs mobile site provides.
How to use the Sportspubs Mobile site:
Finding
a nearby pub
Enter your current (or intended) location and our search will find the
best pub(s) in the area in which to watch the game, along with the pub reviews for your
digestion.
All important directions and a phone number are also provided.
Finding
directions to your pub
If you already know which pub you are going to, and are traveling to one of our pubs by train,
then you can leave the directions to SportsPubs.
Travel to the station, then lookup the pub's details via the location
search.
Select your pub, click on 'Directions' and you will be
given directions along the lines of:
'From Angel: Come out of the tube, cross the main Upper Street road and turn
right up Upper Street. It's a few
mins walk, next to the Business Design Centre.'
Finding a pub's phone number
So you are already on your way to our pub, but want to double check
that they are showing the Liverpool game (and not that
3rd rate Arsenal one!).
Find your pub via the location search, and the pub phone number
will be displayed for you. |
