How do I subscribe?

Getting your pub listed on Sportspubs involves 4 simple steps:

1. Set up your subscription via PayPal.
Payments are made via the secure online payments facility at PayPal. You will be taken to the secure PayPal subscriptions site where you can initiate the subscription.
In order that you can manage your subscription, PayPal will require you to set up a username and password. Once the subscription is set up, you will a receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
2. Create your Sportspubs Licensee username and password.
3. Enter you pub details.
You will now be able to login and enter your pub details via the Sportspubs lincensee admin facility.
4. Await pub activation from Sportspubs.
Once you have completed your pub details, in order to ensure the integrity of the Sportspubs listing Sportspubs will then review your pub details and subscription before activating your pub on the site. We may also make some format changes to mazimise your search results.
You will receive an email as soon as this process is complete.

What is the subscription fee?

The standard Sportspubs subscription is charged at £10 per month, payable 3 months in advance. This price is valid for 12 months from the date of the first payment.
Generous discounts are available for multiple pubs/subscriptions (see).

I manage more than one pub. Is there a discount for multiple subscriptions?

What do I get for my subscription?

The services provided by Sportspubs are:

• Inclusion in all searches for pubs in your area.
• Ability to update your pubs details online (see).
• Function room hire service (see).
• Inclusion in joint promotions for major events such as the World Cup, 6 Nations etc.
• A rotating 'random pub' advert on the home page linking to your pub details.

How do I add information about my pub?

Once subscribed (see) you will have a username and password from Sportspubs.co.uk which enables you to logon to the licensee admin page.
You may update your pub details as often as you wish.

I've forgotten my password / username / I am having trouble logging in?

Please email us on customerservices@sportspubs.co.uk.
Include your name, username and pub name.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the start of a new subscription period via your PayPal account.

How can I promote my function room?

Subscribed pubs (see) automatically become part of the function room hire service (see).

Why don't you display my email address?

We have found that displaying your email address directly on the site, unfortunately leads to an influx of spam. Customers are able to email you about hiring your function room, or make a general enquiry, by filling in the appropriate form linked to your pub.

What is the function room hire service?

Once subscribed (see), pubs with a function room will automatically be included in the function room hire service.
This service allows users to search for function rooms by area, and then email requirements direct to the pubs, who can then deal directly to organise the booking.

What do you show on the Live Sport on TV schedule?

The Sportspubs live sport on TV schedule covers the main sporting events on the major channels broadcast on UK Television, Satellite and Cable. We focus mainly on the home nations and leagues.
