We'll try to skip the usual ego trip here.

Sportspubs.co.uk simply started as a bunch of guys hacked off with not knowing where to go to watch an important match. Thinking back, was your 6 Nations experience all it could have been? What about Euro 2000? The debate amongst mates about where to go can rage for weeks, with no result. If you like to tuck yourself up at home with a few cans, fine. However, if you want to be in the middle of an atmosphere that only a crowd can create then we aim to help.

The situation with sports coverage is only going to get more complex, as more broadcasters gain the rights to screen the big events.

For want of a better summary, this is a site by the fans, for the fans. We thrive on reviews and comments from everyone out there. For this purpose, if you know a decent place; are annoyed that some of our information is out of date; or want to cast your vote for one of the pubs on the site, please let us know.

Please send us an email to reviews@sportspubs.co.uk with any feedback, comments or ideas on ways we can improve the site.
